There are concerns among the society regarding provision of shelters of the citizens’ displacement from Artsakh. The latter express their support and readiness to host the displaced persons.

The Information Checking Center inform that at the moment there is no need to give shelter to the residents of Artsakh or to take care of children, women and the elderly. In case of need state bodies have resources and definite plan. Instead, the announcements about providing aid can create a false impression that our compatriots are being displaced.

Regarding the provision of apartments and shelters as stated Artsrun Hovhannisyan during his press conference; there is no concept of mass displacement and no need for providing shelters to our compatriots in Armenia. In case of need there will be an official announcement.
